Support Butler Tech’s Culinary Arts Program
Dinner Will Be Served Again Tonight!

Café Lee will be opening with Senior Carson Hogsten from Middletown running the restaurant. Carson came to Butler Tech to further his passion for the culinary arts. Already working in the industry before coming to Butler Tech Carson knew this was a career he wanted to pursue. Now having come to understand the culinary industry from the basics to advanced techniques Carson has decided to continue his career in the industry. Following graduation he plans to continue working for his current employer with plans of one day opening his own pizzeria. Carson will be running our student led Café this week on Thursday, April 4th and Friday, April 5th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. We will be accepting cash, check or credit so please come and support our Culinary Arts program.

We will be using SignUp Genius for reservations this year. It is recommended, but not required, that you make a reservation for your party if you are dining in Café Lee.
