Dear Concerned Parents and Guardians,
It has come to our attention that there is a serious issue concerning the safety of children's meals currently circulating in the market.
The U.S. Department of Agricultureโs Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued a public health alert regarding trays of fully cooked chicken and spaghetti meals intended for kids.
According to the FSIS, the spaghetti included in these meals contains egg white, a well-known allergen, which has not been properly declared on the product label. This omission poses a significant risk to children who may suffer from egg allergies.
The specific product in question is the 5.9-ounce trays of โnurture life KIDS MEALS CHICKEN PARM WITH SUPER VEGGIE SPAGHETTI,โ with โenjoy byโ dates ranging from Jan. 9 to March 1. Shockingly, these packages lack USDA marks of inspection, further exacerbating the concern for their safety.
Even more alarming is the distribution method of these meals. They were sold online and shipped directly to consumers, which means they could be present in numerous households across the country.
It is deeply troubling that this issue was only brought to light during an internal audit by the company, rather than being detected through rigorous quality control measures before reaching the market.
As a consumer advocate deeply invested in the welfare of families, we implore anyone who may have these kids' meals in their refrigerators or freezers to refrain from consuming them. Instead, dispose of them immediately and contact the seller for a refund.
For those seeking further information or with questions regarding this alarming alert, we urge you to reach out to Nurture Life Inc. co-founder Jennifer Chow at [email protected] or 312-517-1888.

Numerous Hamilton Graduates Anticipated to Embrace Free Tuition Opportunity at Miami Hamilton
Wonderful news is on the horizon for students at Hamilton High School, Butler Tech, and Stephen T. Badin Catholic High School as they embark on their journey towards higher education. Thanks to the Miami Regionals Hamilton Promise, a heartwarming collaboration between the Hamilton Community Foundation, Miami University Regionals, and the City of Hamilton, eligible students will have the incredible opportunity to pursue their dreams with free tuition for 2-year or 4-year degrees at Miami Hamilton.
This initiative aims to support Pell-Grant eligible students who have attended one of these esteemed schools in Hamilton for four years, while also being a resident of Hamilton throughout their high school journey. With a cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 or higher, along with the completion of the FAFSA by April 1, 2024, these students can step into their future without the burden of tuition fees at Miami Hamilton.
Jacob Stone-Welch, the compassionate director of donor services for Hamilton Community Foundation, joyfully announces the commencement of this promise starting this fall, allowing graduating high school seniors to apply for the scholarship for the fall semester of 2024.
Understanding the financial considerations of higher education, it's heartening to know that Pell-Grant eligible students will receive support based on various factors such as their Expected Family Contribution, cost of attendance, and student status. While precise figures are yet to be determined, it's estimated that approximately 50-100 students will benefit from this program annually.
Thanks to the generous contribution of $663,000 over five years from the Hamilton Community Foundation, this initiative is set to make a meaningful impact on the lives of countless students in the community.
Trevor House, an admission counselor for Miami Regionals Office of Admissions, shares his enthusiasm for the opportunities this program presents to students. He expresses his excitement for the students of Hamilton High School and Badin High School, recognizing the potential for them to pursue higher education without the financial strain, provided they meet the necessary criteria.
This promise not only paves the way for students to achieve their academic aspirations but also fosters personal growth and development. As Jacob Stone-Welch aptly puts it, "Educational attainment is a leading factor in the success of any individual, but whenever you translate that across many individuals, it also impacts our whole community." We are truly honored to be a part of this transformative program that empowers students and strengthens our community as a whole.

St. Ann Church in Hamilton, Ohio, stands as a beacon of faith and architectural splendor, overcoming financial turmoil to become a cherished landmark.
Established in 1908
St. Ann Church is not just a place of worship but a historical landmark that encapsulates Hamilton's rich history and the community's spirit. The church's ability to maintain traditions, such as the use of real candles, amidst modern changes, speaks to its role as a pillar of continuity and faith. As Hamilton's largest neighborhood, Lindenwald, and its manufacturing roots have evolved, St. Ann Church remains a constant, inviting parishioners and visitors to appreciate its beauty and heritage.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Hamilton were built by local donors in the 1960s and โ70s. Thousands of kids have traveled through the two facilities, which still have wooden backboards and hand cranks to lower and raise them. Our children deserve an upgrade.
